Managing Director
Ian established Dawson back in 1996. As our Managing Director he is passionate about our manufacturing quality and the client service we provide. Ian is also responsible for the design and development of all our products and oversees the expansion of the company in to new territories. Away from the office Ian enjoys the theatre, gym and eating out with friends.
RICHARD LATHAN
Engineering Manager
Prior to working with us, Richard was in the Royal Navy where he ran the Operations Room in the Engineering Department. Now on dry land at Dawson he is responsible for coordinating research and design along with production and quality control. Richard is also a main point of contact for any engineering queries you may have. Outside of work he enjoys most sports and a good read.
