Dawson GC-Zero answers the needs of communications professionals with an ultra fast pointing system. The very low profile ( 220 mm ) antenna ensures that vehicle heights are not compromised by the fitting of the communications system. Fastest pointing in the industry gives virtually instant connection.

Broadcast for IP TV and IP Radio with MPEG 4 coders for Breaking News Inmarsat Terminal and ISDN replacement.
Functionality
With fully automatic pointing the system is simple to set up and use. A one button user interface requires no special training and gives almost instant connection (less than 1 minute typical!). With built in inclinometer, GPS receiver and DVB receiver built in and fully controlled the operator can concentrate on other important tasks.
Design
The system has been designed taking into account Dawson's extensive experience to make the solution light, rugged and fast to deploy but wile still retaining the Dawson reputation for quality and value with the system costing a fraction of competitive equipment.
Ease of use
The system operates from Dawson custom software that is pre programmed to search for the required satellite using the built in DVB receiver. The operational interface is a simple one button on the control panel, press once to deploy and once again to stow! Ease of use, speed and reliability where the main drivers for the design allowing broadcasters to replace expensive to run Inmarsat systems for IP Radio and TV applications. Another 'fit and forget' solution with all parts weather proofed with plastic housings or where exposed manufactured from stainless steel.
Compatibility
With the system so light and compact it can be fitted to virtually any base vehicle. It is particularly suited to small vehicles or where space is tight due to its small size and weight The small dimensions and light weight make the system easy to fit in many different configurations.
